Naturewalk at Seagrove is a wonderful neighborhood that provides a pleasant balance of location, amenities, price and quality.

Excellent location within Naturewalk! Home is closer to entrance, near pools, on a side street, corner lot, which provides more privacy and peace.
No recreational vehicles, trailers of any type allowed within Naturewalk neighborhood. No rv's, campers, trailers, boats, atv's, etc.; will be towed.
All requests to stay are not confirmed reservations until Destin 30A Rentals checks availability and speaks with potential guest on phone to ensure policies are agreed upon.
During phone call we will answer questions, review availability again, and ensure home is suitable for potential guest needs.
If all is good after phone call, we will then charge card which converts request to a confirmed reservation.

Drive the 4-passenger golf cart or ride the four bikes to beach, Publix, Seagrove area, Seaside.
Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys provided at home, along with gas grill & outdoor shower.
Beautifully decorated 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath house.
Two large porches, 2nd floor screened with daybed swing & chairs; 1st floor porch has a swing & adirondack chairs; corner lot perfect for relaxing, minimal traffic.
4 passenger street legal cart included! Min age to drive cart 25.

30A is a beautiful, scenic, truly unique 19 mile stretch of paradise (with bike path) that runs parallel to the beach; comprised of many communities.
Amazing white sand, public beach access, miles of walking/running/biking trails in Point Washington State Forest, rare coastal dune lakes, excellent restaurants, spectacular homes; pedestrian friendly area.

Bedroom #1 - 1st floor queen suite/private bath, 1 vanity, walk in shower

Naturewalk at Seagrove :
A newer 150 acre community nestled between Point Washington State Forest and Watercolor. An ideal location, pedestrian friendly area, very close to Publix grocery store, Watercolor Crossings Shopping center, restaurants.
Famous Seaside is only 1.5 miles to the west which has many eateries, events, and the REP Theatre.
Naturewalk Amenities :
NatureWalk's ‘Gathering Place’ features a non heated zero entry lagoon style pool, heated lap pool, hot tub, small kids splash pool, children’s playground,
fire pit, 2 outdoor gas grills, self entertainment bar, hammocks, bathrooms, shaded seating with tables and chairs.
Beach Access :
Lily Lane beach trail (bikes/walking) is located across from the 'Gathering Place’. This is a safe, wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Ave is a dead end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking. Bramble beach access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms. Just under a mile or 10 minute bike to public beach access. Or, you may drive out of Naturewalk, turn left (south) on 395 and go to 30A. At 395/30A intersection, Seaside is half mile to the right (west) and above mentioned public beach access places are about half mile to the left (east). If you want to rent additional beach gear, we recommend calling a local company. You can have beach gear delivered to your home or for an additional cost have chairs, umbrella set up at the beach for you. Be sure to ask if the company sets up gear at the beach access that you want to visit.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be assessed a $50 fee plus 5% of amount previously paid or charged on credit card. This total fee will be subtracted from amount paid and remaining balance will be refunded. Canceled 15-30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit half of reservation total; plus 5% of amount paid or charged on credit card. Canceled 14 days or less prior to arrival date forfeit all monies paid; no refund.
Deposit Policy
ADVANCE PAYMENT
Payment is due upon booking the initial reservation. This payment is equal to approximately 50% of total amount due.
FINAL PAYMENT : The final balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
Destin 30A Rentals will charge card on file about 30 days prior to arrival.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

"Perfect for a Family of 5"
We chose this house mainly due to the number of rooms, distance to beach and golf cart. Everything exceeded our expectations. 5 min golf cart to beach and 5 min ride to seaside. Dave the property manager was available with answers to all questions and made our stay painless. When we come back to the area we will book again.
"Beautiful Home"
From the "Shoes Off Please" sign at the door, we knew the house would be clean. The house was comfortable & well-stocked. We enjoyed a beautiful long weekend complete with long walks, bike rides, poolside talks, pickleball, feeding the ducks in the pond, and eating great food.

We really enjoyed this beautiful home. It is newer and everything looks in good repair and well taken care of. The host was very responsive throughout the experience, and shared excellent information about the stay, helping us prepare in advance and enjoy fully. The screened top porch with a swing twin bed was our personal favorite.

This home was exactly as advertised! Beautiful home, property was clean and had a great layout. It was within a golf cart ride of the Grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The golf cart was amazing. Property manager was incredible to work with. It was our first time in the area as a family and we absolutely will back!

Nice clean home inside & out. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the pool the nice. The golf cart that was provided made trips to the beach easy.
